Returns and Refund Policy:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Accessories that have been shipped in error, damaged in transit or have manufacturing defects (broken clasps, production flaws) are eligible for refund or replacement (if the item is still available). There are times when small pieces of the merchandise may be loose (i.e. jump rings) and only need a small adjustment, these are not manufacturer defects and are not eligible for return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Accessories that have been used or worn, no longer have the original tags, were ordered in error, or broken due to misuse will not be eligible for return.
To start a return, you can contact us at emricksemporium@gmail.com. Please include name, invoice number and picture of the item(s). Put “Return Requested” in the subject line for prompt attention.
If your return is accepted, you will be given a mailing address to return the item(s). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once the returned item(s) are received, a direct replacement will be sent to the customer. If the returned item(s) are no longer available, you will be given a refund in the amount of the original purchase price. Refund will be processed on your original payment method.
Please note, Gift Cards are not eligible for refund.
